Roofed truss stage standing in an open field

Pekay Production · 03 Stage

Give the momenta platform.

The physical platform behind the performance.

03Stage creates presence.

From an empty field to a place people face.

Philosophy
A stage gives an event its centre of gravity. We build decks, truss and roofs that frame the performance, carry the lighting and sound, and give the audience somewhere to look.
Truss and flight cases laid out during an outdoor stage build

01 — Empty venue

It starts with ground.

An open field or an empty hall — before anything arrives, we read the space.

02 — Build

Truss goes up.

Deck, towers and roof are assembled and checked before anything is hung from them.

03 — Finished stage

A place to face.

Sound and lighting are flown, the stage is dressed and the room has a centre.

04 — Live event

The moment arrives.

Doors open. The platform disappears and the performance takes over.

How we work

  1. Brief

We start with the room, the audience and what the moment needs to feel like — then plan the stage around it.

  2. Plan

Placement, power and timing are planned against the venue before anything is loaded.

  3. Build

Our crew sets up, tests and walks the space before doors open.

  4. Run

We operate through the event and adjust as the room changes.

  5. Strike

Everything is packed down safely and the venue is handed back.
