This policy explains what information PEKAY collects through this website, why, and how it is protected. Questions: info@pekay.org.

What we collect

• Enquiries and booking requests: the details you enter (name, contact details, event details) and any files you attach.
• Academy applications: the details you enter in the application form.
• Academy accounts: your name, email, optional phone number and a securely hashed password.
• Course payments: the payment method, reference and amount you report, and the proof-of-payment file you upload.
• Learning progress: which lessons you mark as complete.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and plan events you ask us about.
• To review payment submissions and give access to the courses you enrol in.
• To run your academy account and show your progress.

How it's protected

• Proofs of payment and enquiry attachments are stored privately. They are never publicly accessible and can only be viewed by you (for your own proofs) and authorised academy administrators.
• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text.
• Rejected payment evidence is retained rather than deleted, so that decisions can be reviewed.

Cookies

The site sets one essential cookie when you log in, to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by contacting info@pekay.org. Some payment records may need to be kept for accounting purposes.
